Catty Woods Halloween Jam 2016

Last Sunday (September 23rd), The annual Catty Woods Halloween Jam went down despite some inclement weather conditions over the weekend. Frank Ashbridge was on hand once again during the event on behalf of his Shutter Destruction project. Frank shot a bunch of photos which he was kind enough to share with us for this gallery as well as an Instavid composed of footage from the jam Frank shot. However, due to Instagram’s new copyright restrictions the video had to be uploaded to YouTube instead. You can view the entire gallery after the jump.

The Welcome Jam 2016

The 2016 Welcome Jam was held last Sunday, October 16th at Pam’s Front Yard and was organized by Michael and Mark Potoczny. Justin Kendle (@jkendle22) was on hand during the event and captured some footage which he edited together over a track by Fern Street (@fernstreetmusic). Photo Gallery: Berks Street Zine Release

On Saturday, October 1st, Steve Tassone hosted the Berks Street zine release and photo gallery at the Indie Photo Lab in Philadelphia. The photo gallery featured 35mm photography by Steve and celebrated the launch of his new Berks Street venture. Copies of the zine are available through the Berks Street online store and the gallery will be on display for the entire month of October. The Indie Photo Lab is located at 206 E. Girard Ave. Philadelphia, PA. 19125.

Brendan Mulrooney contacted us with a gallery worth of photos he shot and developed during the Berks Street zine release and was kind enough to send them over to share with us. Chocolate Truck Jam Videos

On Saturday, June 25th, The Chocolate Truck crew hosted their first jam in the City of Philadelphia. The spot by spot style jam started at 3pm at the 9th and Poplar DIY spot which was followed by a product toss before moving on to the streets. A few videos from the jam have surfaced online over the past two weeks including an installment in the DIG series “In The Cut”. The “In The Cut” Video was filmed and edited by Rob Dolecki and features 14+ minutes of raw footage from the jam. The second video which can be viewed below was filmed and edited by Evan Yoh with additional filming by Joe Niranonta, Tom Nguyen and Rocky Ventura.

The Second Annual Hosed Jam

On Saturday, May 28th, The second annual Hosed Jam presented by Action Wheels Bike Shop went down at the Bethlehem Skateplaza. Fiending The 13th Video

Last Friday (the 13th), Fiend held a round of jams in cities around the US including one at the Paines Plaza in Philadelphia. The event was hosted by Fiend / Chocolate Truck riders Ryan Niranonta and Kevin Vannauker. Tom Nguyen was on hand to film the event and put together this edit from the jam. Fiend also gave away a free GoPro for best trick of the night which was won by our good friend Will Barr.

Fiending The 13th

In celebration of Friday the 13th, Fiend will be holding jams in a few cities in the United States including one in Philadelphia. Each jam will be hosted by at least one Fiend team rider who will be handing out Fiend products during each of the jams and the rider of the day at each of the jams will receive a free GoPro Hero 4 Session courtesy of GoPro.

2Dodgy Halloween Jam Video

Catty Woods Halloween Jam & Edit

Catty Woods will be holding their annual Halloween Jam on October 24th with the Posh Jam the following day (October 25th). Participants will be required to make a $5 donation and be in costume. Make sure you check the flyer for more details.

Raw Life Week 10: Slimy Donuts BBQ

Last weekend the East Coast was hit by Hurricane Joaquin. Despite the rain and heavy winds, the Slimy Donuts crew hosted a BBQ at the Paine’s Park in Philadelphia. With most of the park being wet the guys had to make due with what they could but still managed to get some solid clips. Featuring riding from Will Barr, Davon Johnson, Ryan Duffy, Mark Kristol, Sean Roscoe, Bobby Thiede and more. Filmed and edited by Chris Girouard.
