The first annual “Women’s Weekend In The Woods” was held on Saturday, September 30th at Catty Woods and Sunday, October 1st at Posh. The event was organized by Taryn Hipp (@ladyteeth) and united 30+ women from four different countries for a weekend in Pennsylvania to ride some of the world’s most renowned trails. Chocolate Truck At Paines Park
The Chocolate Truck crew have released a new edit online through the Ride BMX website which features a handful of the squad linking up at Paines Park in Philadelphia for a late night session. Evan Yoh was on hand to capture the session and also handled the videos editing which includes riding from Joby Suender, Steve Tassone, Herman McCracken, Jon Schimpf, Joe & Ryan Niranonta along with Nick Barrett who is back in Philadelphia after spending a few months in the Southwest.
The Yea: Fall 2017 Release
The Yea have released their new fall line of soft goods through their website. The fall line includes several new shirt designs, hats, vinyl decals, magnets, lighters and even patches. All of the new products are available for purchase now with the exception of the “Olive Gas Caps” which sold-out during the presale. The release of the fall line of goods is the culmination of over a year of hard work by Matt Smith which involved designing, sourcing materials, printing and sewing all of the goods himself.
The Yea have also dropped a new video to accompany the release of the fall line which includes riding from Angus Tuttle, Marc Sechrist, Matt Smith, and Ryan Muschlitz with filming / editing by Matt Smith and additional filming provided by Marc Sechrist, Angus Tuttle, Pat Quinn, and Liane Battista.
Joe Niranonta & Tom Nguyen Interview
Joe Niranonta and Tom Nguyen have been hard at work on some projects for Sneaker Lab that have begun surfacing online. An interview conducted with Joe and Tom about the current state and future of BMX was posted on the Sneaker Lab website earlier today. The interview is complete with a handful of photos of Joe riding that were shot by Tom. You can view the full interview by clicking here. And although this one made it’s way online back in August, above is an edit for Sneaker Lab’s “Sneaker Wipes” featuring Joe that was filmed and edited by Tom.
Rainer Etsweiler X Carl Espy Video
Rainer Etsweiler has released a new split edit featuring himself and Carl Espy. The video was filmed around Pennsylvania, Maryland and Michigan over the last year whenever the pairs paths would cross. Carl recently moved back to his hometown and Rainer has spent the last year traveling around the country. There’s also a few older clips thrown in the mix but the edit delivers with solid lines, precision rail moves and bangers.
John Yoh | Animal Bikes
Animal Bikes have released their first official edit featuring John Yoh of the Chocolate Truck crew. The video was released earlier today via The Come Up and was filmed and edited by John’s brother Evan with additional filming provided by Justin Benthien. John’s introductory edit is full of solid street riding from Philadelphia and the surrounding areas that’s sure to get you hype to go out and ride. Click play and enjoy.
Steve Tassone | JIB: Tape #4
The seventh section from “JIB: Tape #4” featuring Steve Tassone was uploaded to the JIB Vimeo account earlier today. Steve’s section has a really good vibe to it and is primarily composed of quick one hit clips with a few lines mixed throughout. Steve has a keen eye for spots and the ability to make riding the roughest of setups look smooth. The section closes out with a secession of clips all worthy of being the ender that will surely leave you itching to pedal.

The Yea | Back To School Pre-Order
A little over a year in the making, The Yea have revamped their website and are having a Back To School Pre-Order on their upcoming fall line. L.O.W. BMX Promo
Yesterday, Todd Myrick released a promo for the upcoming L.O.W. BMX first full length video. The promo is a little over a minute long and does a great job building the hype for the video. The L.O.W. BMX video will include full sections from Jeff Purdy, Eric Flores, Devin Hudson, Max Speck, Anthony Trimble, Dante Sadler and Eric Perez. Brandon Boyle has released a follow up to the first installment in his “Street Goes Park” series of web edits. “Street Goes Park Vol. 2” was uploaded a few days ago to Vimeo and features nearly four minutes of park riding footage from Brandon Boyle, Cody Kain, Colby Richard, Ed Sedlak, Isaac Boyle, John Lopez, Justin Groft, Matt Malone and Michael Pettis at a variety of skateparks including Reid Menzer Skatepark in York, PA, Shrimptown Skatepark in Sykesville, MD & Westminster Skatepark in Westminster, MD. Justin Care | Merritt BMX
Merritt has just released a new edit featuring Justin Care on their website. The video was filmed and edited by Dan Conway over the last year and is full of heavy street riding moves, smooth tech. lines, and a bunch of progressive up rail combos. These guys did a great job keeping this one under wraps and Justin delivers another in a series of solid edits on behalf of Merritt.
