On April 20th, 2019, the first stop of the FBM X DIG D.I.Y. World Championship was held at the Lost Bowl in Richmond, Virginia. Ride PA BMX contributing photographer Kyle Dipilla loaded up his gear and drove out for a weekend of second-hand smoke and BMX madness. You can view the complete gallery of photos after the jump. FBM Lost Bowl 2019 // Powers Bike Shop Session

The first stop of the FBM X DIG D.I.Y. World Championship went down at the legendary Lost Bowl on 4/20. Jess Grinager made the journey from Hellertown, PA to Richmond, VA to document the event and released the subsequent video which also includes footage from a session after the contest at Powers Bike Shop. Uncovered BMX Stop One

The first stop of the ‘Uncovered BMX’ contest series took place on Saturday, January 20th, at the Charm City Skatepark Mason Dixon location in Rising Sun, Maryland. The AM-based contest, which was created by Van Homan and Brian Kachinsky, will include three stops throughout the Northeast and Midwest U.S. including a stop next month at The Wheel Mill and a final stop in March at the Four Seasons Skatepark. Congratulations to ‘Mad’ Mike Guth for taking home the win at the first stop and making Pennsylvania proud.

DIG BMX has released a new installment in their ‘In The Cut’ series from the Mason Dixon skatepark stop of the series as well as an interview with Van & Brian focused on the series conducted by Rob Dolecki. Ride BMX has also released a video showcasing a dozen bangers from the Mason Dixon stop of the series. You can watch both videos after the jump.

In The Cut – The Street Series 2017

DIG’s latest installment in their ‘In The Cut’ series takes aim at The Street Series which invaded the streets of Philadelphia yesterday (July 22nd.) Rob Dolecki was on hand during the event to capture some of the madness on DIG’s behalf. The event turned out hundreds of BMX riders that took over the streets (and rooftops) of North Philadelphia for their chance to win the ring and celebrate National BMX Day. In the end, Mike Guth took home the ring with some heavy moves throughout the day including a big 180 over a handrail and a backwards rail to 180 out.

2016 Calendar Review

Every year, Pennsylvania is home to a number of jams, video premieres and other events. Closing out our series of year end features is our 2016 Calendar Review. The third and final installment in the series highlights some of the more notable events that took place over the last year. This years list is composed of a dozen events that helped shape 2016 and made the year one to remember. Chocolate Truck Jam Videos

On Saturday, June 25th, The Chocolate Truck crew hosted their first jam in the City of Philadelphia. The spot by spot style jam started at 3pm at the 9th and Poplar DIY spot which was followed by a product toss before moving on to the streets. A few videos from the jam have surfaced online over the past two weeks including an installment in the DIG series “In The Cut”. The “In The Cut” Video was filmed and edited by Rob Dolecki and features 14+ minutes of raw footage from the jam. The second video which can be viewed below was filmed and edited by Evan Yoh with additional filming by Joe Niranonta, Tom Nguyen and Rocky Ventura.

Quaker State – Wilfred Alvarez, Mike Stahl & Friends

The second to last section of our “Quaker State” web series premiered Friday exclusively on the DIG BMX website. The sixth installment in the series is a mix section featuring Wilfred Alvarez, Mike Stahl and some of their friends. The section was filmed and edited by Rainer Etsweiler and also includes riding from Carl Espy, Colby Richard, Garrett Darr, Rainer Etsweiler, Josh Franklin, Stefan Needham, and Kevin Little.

Look for the final section of “Quaker State” to premiere Friday, only on DIG BMX.

Quaker State – 2Dodgy

The 2Dodgy section from our “Quaker State” web series premiered Friday on the DIG BMX website. The section features riding from Anthony Rosario, Brad Wiedlich, Matt Rivera, Coty Gibson, Dylan Heckman, Cory Merritt, Scott Effting, Bryan Stout, Aeden Feher, Cane Singleton, Ryan Muschlitz, Dylan Muschlitz, Mike Vanic, Brandon Squire, Andrew McFadden, Jason Guzman and Harry Bui. Filmed and edited by Scott Effting with additional filming by Bryan Stout and Anthony Rosario.

Dan Conway – Stink Pit 5

DIG BMX has begun to exclusively premiere the Stink Pit 5 video on their website before it’s released to DVD. Dan Conway opens up the video with an undeniably strong section filled with big handrails, tech street moves and bangers. Dan’s section was filmed by the Stink Pit crew and edited by Ryan Scott. Keep it locked to DIG BMX for more sections from the DVD as they are released.
