Merritt BMX: Eeshond Kirk Summer 2019
Eeshond Kirk spent the summer of 2019 riding with friends and stacking footage for his first Merritt web video. The video, which was released online earlier today, includes nearly three minutes of street riding cuts that were filmed and edited by Buck Milliken and Shilo Staniech. There are some heavy rail combos and steezy street riding moves in this one sure to get you hype. Click play and check it out!
Cam Girvin – Welcome To Merritt
PA to NY transplant Cam Girvin has been a part of the Merritt BMX crew for a few months now, but last week Cam and Merritt released an official “Welcome to Merritt” edit online. Although we realize this is a little late, good archiving won’t allow us to pass it by. Cam’s welcome edit is a little over a minute of pure street bangers. Fit Bike Co. has also recently added Cam to the familia so congrats to Cameron.
The Fifth Annual Hosed Jam
On Saturday, May 11, 2019, the Action Wheels Bike Shop hosted their fifth annual Hosed Jam at the Bethlehem Skateplaza. Merritt BMX also held a meet-up and Skatepark session that coincided with the event bringing out some of the Merritt crew to mix it up with the locals for the day. Jess Grinager was on hand to document the event and dropped this video on his YouTube channel a few days ago. Click play and get hosed!
Casey Starling In Pittsburgh
Casey Starling took a trip to Pittsburgh for the Winter Welcome Jam at The Wheel Mill this past weekend and managed to film a bunch of solid clips while he was in town. Merritt released a roughly minute long video from the trip online yesterday which includes footage from a street session before Casey headed indoors at The Wheel Mill.
The Fourth Annual Hosed Jam
On Sunday, June 3rd, Actions Wheels Bike Shop, and Merritt BMX hosted their fourth annual Hosed Jam at the Bethlehem Skateplaza. Justin Care and Brandon Begin were on hand during the event while Action Wheels owner Scott Effting documented the action. The jam signifies the end of the annual 2Dodgy Halloween Jams as the torch has been passed on. Justin Care | Merritt BMX
Merritt has just released a new edit featuring Justin Care on their website. The video was filmed and edited by Dan Conway over the last year and is full of heavy street riding moves, smooth tech. lines, and a bunch of progressive up rail combos. These guys did a great job keeping this one under wraps and Justin delivers another in a series of solid edits on behalf of Merritt. Unfortunately, Justin broke his wrist on a rail hop last night and will be sitting out for the next few weeks. Click play and enjoy.
