Defgrip Gallery – Tasha Lindemann 2019

2019 has been a milestone year for Posh Woods, which has been celebrating twenty-five years of BMX rad-ness! It’s hard to imagine a set of BMX trails lasting a quarter of a century, but on Saturday, August 31st, Posh Woods hosted a 25th Birthday Jam and 4th Annual High Air Comp. Kyle Dipilla made the trip out to these legendary trails in Bethlehem, PA, and shot a gallery of photos for us, which you can view after the jump.

On Saturday, August 31st, Posh Woods celebrated their 25th anniversary with a Birthday Bash and the fourth annual High Air Comp. The Butcher Jump was decked out in birthday decorations and presents in honor of this milestone event. Jess Grinager, who shares a birthday with the trails, was on hand to document the event per usual and released a video of highlights to his YouTube channel. 2018 was a wet one. Record-setting rainfall levels for almost the entire trail season had left trail locals all over the northeast feeling a bit bewildered, and frankly, pretty frustrated. Fortunately, the jams we host at Posh and Catty are a catalyst for great times no matter what the weather throws at us. When there is a small army of visiting trail shredders eager to get the trails running by any means necessary, the trails are likely going to run in any weather short of a Category 4 hurricane!

As we count down the final hours of 2018, it’s time once again for our annual year-end list of the top videos from the past year. Take a look back with us at some of the videos that we felt made the strongest impression on our viewers and the scene as a whole. In August we exclusively premiered Adem Gunaydin’s ‘Welcome To Legend Bikes USA‘ video here on the site. Adem’s inaugural video is packed from start to finish with solid riding and jaw-dropping bangers. The video was filmed and edited by Nick Elison with additional filming provided by Chris Girouard. Adem is currently recovering from knee surgery he had earlier in the year, and we hope to see him back on his bike in 2019!

As the 2018 trail riding season is quickly coming to a close, the PA Woods website has just released their 2018 mix of footage from Catty & Posh Woods. Catty Woods Halloween Jam 2018
The annual Catty and Posh Woods Halloween Jams were held this past weekend on October 20th and 21st in the woods of the Lehigh Valley. Earlier today, Jess Grinager released a new video on his YouTube channel which he filmed during the Catty Woods Halloween Jam. The video includes footage from the 3rd annual Swantz Best Trick Contest, the first ever High Air Contest on the Boomer step down, and much more.
Women’s Weekend In The Woods (Part Two)
Earlier this morning, Jess Grinager released the second video he produced from the second annual ‘Women’s Weekend In The Woods’ on his YouTube channel. This time around, the video is composed of all the bangers that went down over the course of the weekend.
