Earlier today, Ride BMX uploaded their recap video of The Street Series that was held this past weekend (July 22nd) in the streets of Philadelphia in support of National BMX Day. Justin Benthien was on hand during the event on behalf of Ride BMX and filmed and edited the nearly fourteen minute raw footage style video. Congratulations once again to “Mad” Mike Guth on taking home the ring at the final Street Series. The full length release of JIB: Tape #4 premiered yesterday afternoon exclusively on the Ride BMX website. The video, which was released and premiered back in January, was filmed and edited by Jon Schimpf, who is also the subject of the latest ‘Top Threes’ segment on the Ride BMX website. Animal Bikes released their latest video “Facts” online on Monday, December 19th. The video premiered on the Animal Bikes website and a physical premiere was held at Ethik Clothing Co. in New York the night before as part of the Ethik / Animal collab release party. The video was edited by Ryan Navazio and features full sections from Matt Miller, Andrew Castaneda, Ryan Niranonta and Colin Varanyak. Yesterday, Dig and Ride BMX both uploaded photo galleries from the 2014 TRA Double Cross and Dirt Jump Comp that was held last Sunday. Rob Dolecki shot the event on behalf of Dig, while Ryan Scott shot on behalf of Ride BMX. Both articles are written by their respective photographers and offer a great overall look at one of the most unique events in BMX.
